These terms apply when you use Rehearse at rehearse.guru. Rehearse is run by an independent business based in Mauritius ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a pass, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Rehearse.

1. What Rehearse is

Rehearse is a practice tool. An AI interviewer asks you questions for the kind of interview you choose, and then gives you a scored report with feedback. Questions and feedback are generated by AI, so they can be wrong, incomplete or different from what a real interviewer would ask. Rehearse isn't legal, immigration, medical, financial or career advice, and it doesn't guarantee any interview result.

2. Your account

You need an account to run interviews. You must be at least 16 years old to use Rehearse. Keep your sign-in methods (your email inbox, Google account and passkeys) secure, because anyone who can use them can sign in to your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. One account is for one person.

3. Free interviews and passes

  • Every account gets 3 free interviews, with no card needed.
  • Passes give unlimited practice on one account: the Week Pass for 7 days, the Month Pass for 30 days, and Lifetime with no end date, for as long as Rehearse runs.
  • Passes are one-time payments. They never renew, and you're never charged again unless you buy another pass.
  • "Unlimited" is within fair use of up to 40 interviews a day, which keeps Rehearse fast for everyone.
  • Prices are shown on the site in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
  • Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for your order. It processes your payment, handles sales tax and sends your receipt.

4. Fair and acceptable use

Please don't:

  • create more than one account, or share an account, to get more free interviews or to share a pass;
  • try to get around usage limits, bot checks or security controls, or access other people's accounts or data;
  • use Rehearse during a real interview, exam or test, or to deceive anyone;
  • use automated tools to send requests, scrape the site, or resell or copy the service;
  • submit anything illegal, hateful or harassing, or try to make the AI produce harmful content;
  • disrupt the site or put an unreasonable load on it.

If you break these terms, we may limit or close your account. When the breach is serious, such as fraud or abuse, we may do so without a refund.

5. Your content

Your answers and profile details belong to you. You let us use them only to run Rehearse for you: to send them to our AI providers to generate questions and your report, and to store them so you can review them. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full. The Rehearse name, logo, site design and question sets belong to us.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Rehearse running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, tracks or AI providers. If we ever shut Rehearse down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email to anyone with an active pass, and we'll refund the unused part of any Week or Month Pass bought in the 30 days before the shutdown.

7. Liability

Rehearse is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as a missed job offer or visa decision. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. This deletes your data, and any pass on the account ends. Deleting an account doesn't by itself refund a pass; see our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. If you live in another country, you also keep any consumer rights its laws give you.
